Dr. Meyers completed a Hospital Dentistry Residency at the University of Connecticut in 1989 and an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Montefiore Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.

Professional Memberships

Dr. Meyers is a proud and active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Wisconsin Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association. He has twice been named among the top dentists in Milwaukee Magazine.

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Meyers and his wife, Dr. Margita Meyers, live in Fox Point. They are loving parents to their two children. He is an active member of the Fox Point Lutheran Church, and often volunteers at the Walter Schroeder Aquatic Center. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, traveling, and spending time with family.

Dr. Douglas Dederich, DDS, MSc, PhD’s PhD research focused on laser and tissue interaction. He also earned a certificate in periodontics from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.

Professional Memberships

Dr. Dederich is an active member of the American Dental Association. He is a former vice-chair of the American Dental Association’s Council on Scientific Affairs.

Life & Hobbies

Dr. Dederich’s past employment includes being a professor and head of the Department of Periodontics at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans. He was also the clinical director of the Graduate Program in Periodontology at the University of Alberta School of Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Dederich was intimately involved in the graduate training of almost 50 periodontal specialists over the years. He has also done hundreds of national and international presentations and publications.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Dederich is a musician who plays the French horn and a self-proclaimed Wisconsin Cheesehead. He has five children and enjoys riding motorcycles in his free time.
